"When we responsible, concerned and committed, we begin to feel deep emotion and great courage." Dalai Lama I watched a documentary last night about climate change. It said if we do nothing, damage to earth will be irreversible by 2040. One thing we can do is stop buying products that use palm oil. Rainforests in Indonesia are being burned to create space to plant palm oil, because it is cheap and used in many processed food products. The rainforests are on the front line of protecting our environment. Let's protect them. |
This blog is written to provide information and support to persons who are providing care for someone with dementia. A first indicator of dementia is when someone has trouble doing a task once familiar and easy for them. If you have begun to be concerned about someone's memory or cognitive processing, help the person receive a physical exam, to include lab work, and an appointment with a neuropsychologist for an evaluation of memory and cognitive processing.
