The above source recommends taking calories off by eating turkey instead of roast beef, air-popped popcorn instead of pretzels, 1 slice thin crust pizza instead of 1 thick crust, 1 whole wheat pita instead of 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 tablespoon hummus instead of mayo, Italian dressing instead of French.
