Peaches, strawberries, cucumber, tomato, raw zucchini are also good sources of more liquid. I love water and drink it all day very day, but if you are not a water drinking, these fruits and vegetables can add to hydration.

If you have begun to be concerned about someone's memory or cognitive processing, help the person receive a physical exam, to include lab work, and an appointment with a neuropsychologist for an evaluation of memory and cognitive processing.
