Natural Remedy for Anxiety

What a good suggestion.  Not instead of, but along with prescribed medication.  I think it may not be possible to be a caregiver and not experience anxiety at times.  Dark chocolate gently lifts mood.  Green tea helps induce quiet and calm.  Just what the doctor ordered.
