Importance of Exercise

This article cites research done which tells us that molecular changes, for our benefit, occur after just 10 minutes of exercise.  It is better if it is regular exercise, every day.  It is one of the ways we can handle the stress of life.  Exercise, managing our thoughts, adequate sleep, nutritious foods -- all help us manage stress.
