"We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves." Buddha
I think if we look around we will see that we are shaped by our thoughts, so it is very important that we manage them. I do not want to think negative thoughts because I am certain they have negative impact on the body. It isn't that hard. Just notice what our thought content is, and change it if it is negative. It can become a habit to think thoughts of benevolence toward ourselves and others.

This blog is written to provide information and support to persons who are providing care for someone with dementia. A first indicator of dementia is when someone has trouble doing a task once familiar and easy for them. If you have begun to be concerned about someone's memory or cognitive processing, help the person receive a physical exam, to include lab work, and an appointment with a neuropsychologist for an evaluation of memory and cognitive processing.
