Gratitude

Do you live with an attitude of gratitude?  Many mental health and spiritual paths recommend we do so.  A fun exercise I read about is to practice every day to notice and be grateful for 5 things you would not usually be grateful for.  I think that is a practice worth trying.  Today I am grateful for the lack of wind, the presence in my life of those who love me, meaningful work, a healthy body, good air quality.  For what are you grateful today?
