I recently quit a role that was - in many ways - very gratifying for me. I believe I quit that role because I knew that something new was coming for me. I still do not know what that new opportunity is, but I don't think it could happen without stopping the previous. New beginnings happen when we make room for them -- sometimes that means saying 'no' to something that is currently in our lives. Life is full of endings and beginnings. It is important for us to not fear the changes that result to make this ebb and flow occur.
