This diet includes 3 servings a day of whole grain, berries, beans, leafy greens, poultry, nuts, other vegetables, fish and 1 glass of red wine. The diet also recommends red meat 4 times a week or less, fast food no more than once a week, 7 tablespoons or less of butter or margarine, and sweets less than 5 times a week.
